Choking Hazard: This item has small parts that are considered choking hazard, such as safety eyes and or keychain parts, therefore it is a choking hazard and not recommended for ages under 3 years old. Although safety eyes are secured tightly with hot glue gun and or sharp end is burnt to prevent eyes from being easily pulled out, with time safety eyes can easily be loosen. Before purchasing, please check that you've selected the correct variation, whether you are are purchasing an item that contains these small parts or not. By purchasing an item that has small parts, you agree that you are aware the product has items containing small parts, and therefore you assume any liability after purchasing this product. 

Disclaimer: Each item is handmade and may have minor variations from the photos.  The item can be misshapen during shipping, but can be reshaped back to its usual form. Over time and with use, stitches may stretch and threads can become loose or form holes. However, this can be repaired with needle and thread.

Digital Products:

• There is no shipping fees for digital products. After you make your payment, you will receive a confirmation via email.  You will also receive a download link with instructions to access your digital download.

Physical Items:

• All physical items will be shipped by USPS. Depending on the size and weight of the order, a shipping rate will be calculated for you.
  
• Before you complete your purchase, you will see how much is the shipping rate for your purchase.
  
• The estimated delivery rate depends on your location and the shipping method you chose at check out.

Processing Time:

• Allow 3-5 business days for order processing. Business days excludes weekends and holidays. 
  

International Shipping:

• I currently DO NOT ship internationally. 

Order Tracking:

• You will get a shipping confirmation email once your order is shipped. The email will include information such as a tracking number that you can track your package locations.

Returns & Exchanges Not Accepted:

Digital products such as crochet patterns are not accepted for returns and exchanges due to the nature of the product. Once you place an order for a digital product, it is a final order and I cannot issue a return or exchange. Thank you for understanding.

Please contact my at panyiakong.91@gmail.com for returns and exchanges related to physical product. I can't guarantee a return or exchange, but will assess the product on a case by case basis.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If you received an item that is damaged or defective, please contact me immediately at panyiakong.91@gmail.com. I will work with you to resolve the issue as best as I can.  I will not issue a refund or exchange after you received the order for greater than 7 business day, even if the item qualified as damaged or defective. 

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation of any order is not possible once purchased and you received confirmation for the order. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Refunds:

Refunds on physical items can only be issued if the product is proven to be damaged or defective upon receipt, and cannot be replaced by another identical item. If you are approved for a refund, you will be credited back in the original method of payment. Refund will be processed within 7-10 business days from approval of refund.

Shipping Cost for Refunds and Exchanges:

Buyer is responsible for shipping material and shipping cost of items being refunded and or exchange. You may ship items back in its original packages.
