Refund policy

Thank you for purchasing my products. Here in my online store, I try my best to provide the best shopping experience for you. Please review the policy stated below in regards to returns and exchanges:

Returns & Exchanges Not Accepted:

Digital products such as crochet patterns are not accepted for returns and exchanges due to the nature of the product. Once you place an order for a digital product, it is a final order and I cannot issue a return or exchange. Thank you for understanding.

Please contact my at panyiakong.91@gmail.com for returns and exchanges related to physical product. I can't guarantee a return or exchange, but will assess the product on a case by case basis.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If you received an item that is damaged or defective, please contact me immediately at panyiakong.91@gmail.com. I will work with you to resolve the issue as best as I can.  I will not issue a refund or exchange after you received the order for greater than 7 business day, even if the item qualified as damaged or defective. 

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation of any order is not possible once purchased and you received confirmation for the order. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Refunds:

Refunds on physical items can only be issued if the product is proven to be damaged or defective upon receipt, and cannot be replaced by another identical item. If you are approved for a refund, you will be credited back in the original method of payment. Refund will be processed within 7-10 business days from approval of refund.

Shipping Cost for Refunds and Exchanges:

Buyer is responsible for shipping material and shipping cost of items being refunded and or exchange. You may ship items back in its original packages.
